  1. My first piece of advice is to have a more honest and zoomed out approach when it comes to job openings by recognizing that no perfect job, boss, or company exists. 
  2. My second piece of advice is to know your purpose, your passions, your skills, and your seasons when looking for a job. 
  3. My third piece of advice is to Write your resume for the job you’re applying for, NOT the job you already have.
  4. My third piece of advice is to Practice the interview.
