A “DON’T-Do List” is just as important as a “To-Do List.”

In our personal and professional lives we always make a list of things we have to do, but sometimes taking the opposite approach to tasks gives us freedom to release extra pressure and stress that we otherwise would automatically add to ourselves. 

This sounds like a bit of reverse psychology and honestly it is…but our minds and habits can get so stuck in a rut that they don’t know any other way to think or be. By throwing a wrench in the way our minds and habits are trained to go…we can truly open them up to positive change and release the pressure to DO what everybody else is doing. 

So think about making a “Don’t Do” list in various areas of your life: mental health, family, social, and work.
