In today’s episode we talked with Dr. Naomi Hall about how to manage stress and prevent burnout.   

The best first thing you can do if you are struggling with stress or burnout is to reach out to God. Pray. It’s through our spiritual lives that we find the most healing. 

Concerning our physical lives take one small action in these areas: 

  1. Get more sleep
  2. Move your body
  3. Eat healthy foods (choose a rainbow of colors…and no not the Skittles)
  4. Drink more water
  5. Choose a healthy mindset
